We are, for instance, one of the market leaders in recording solutions and we have successfully designed and deployed the largest screen recording projects. Our SkyRec technology is currently recording thousands of screens, keyboards and mice as well radar and voice channels around the globe. And for over 15 years, our SKYSIM multipurpose portable ATM simulation solution for large ATCO simulation environments, has achieved noteworthy success.
First Open Source Community. SkySoft initiated the first open source community in the ATM domain with Albatross, offering small and medium airports and centers in emerging markets more vendor independence for customers and easier access to technology

Arnaud Chivard
Chief Executive Officer
Arnaud leads Skysoft-ATM as CEO since July 2026. His path through the ATM ecosystem – from the manufacturer side at Airbus Defence and Space to the operator side at Skyguide, and now ATM solutions design and production at Skysoft-ATM – gives him a rare end-to-end view of the industry’s challenges. He believes aviation safety rests as much on technical rigor as on innovation, and champions an approach where software excellence and strict regulatory requirements (DO-178C, ED-153) come together to meet the critical needs of air navigation service providers. Arnaud places quality, compliance, and the sector’s digital transformation at the heart of the company’s strategy.
Jon Goyarzu
Head of Commercial Business
Jon Goyarzu joined Skyguide in December 2025 as part of the Strategy team, where he contributed to several key initiatives across the Group. Prior to joining Skyguide, he spent more than 20 years at Indra, including nine years as CEO of Indra Germany, leading commercial activities in Germany and Slovakia. He brings extensive expertise in Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Communications, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS), along with strong experience in business development, customer relations, and leadership. Since 1 July 2026, Jon has been serving as Head of Commercial Business for Skysoft and Skyguide, supporting strategic growth, strengthening customer engagement, and fostering commercial opportunities across the Group.
Laura Balmat
Head of HR & Finance
Laura has extensive experience in both human resources and finance, supporting business growth through effective people management and sound financial leadership. She oversees the company’s HR and financial operations, including talent development, organizational planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. Her ability to align business objectives with employee engagement and financial performance makes her a key contributor to the company’s continued success and development.
Benoit Garrigues
Head of ATM Equipment Engineering
Benoit Garrigues joined SkySoft-ATM in 2002 as a software developer and has since held a variety of technical and leadership positions across the company. Over more than two decades, he has built extensive expertise in ATM systems, engineering, and solution delivery. As Head of ATM Equipment Engineering, Benoit leads the development and engineering of ATM equipment solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability. His rigorous mindset, strong technical background, and long-standing commitment to excellence are key assets that contribute to SkySoft-ATM’s success.
